Statement from the President of the California College Democrats
Welcome to the official online home of the California College Democrats. We are a statewide organization of more than thirty college Democrat chapters at colleges and universities throughout California. We are affiliated with the California Young Democrats (CYD), the California Democratic Party (CDP) and the College Democrats of America (CDA), the official student wing of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
2012 will be an especially exciting and important year for our organization as we work hard to re-elect President Barack Obama and Democrats across the state of California. We will be running a sophisticated field program with the goal of turning out the youth vote on Election Day.
This year we will also focus our energy on improving the state of higher education in California for all current and future college students.
We have much to look forward to in 2012 and I know that together we can do anything.
